Norwich City Supporters Trust has purchased a further £2,550 worth of Norwich City FC shares taking their shareholding to 1,150 shares at a value of £28,270. Speaking to the EDP on behalf of the Trust, the Board Secretary Mike Reynolds said " “It is good news that, in times of recession, we have been able to raise this amount of money through fundraising, donations and subscriptions and we are pleased that our application to purchase shares was accepted by the Club. The situation at Norwich City Supporters Trust reflects the growth of supporters trusts across the country. Supporters’ trusts have now been established at over 150 clubs and over 120,000 people are members of supporters’ trusts.”
